The Access Fast Track Programme
Supports highly qualified refugees and migrants in their professional and social integration into Switzerland. Participants gain the skills to navigate the job application process and secure positions aligned with their qualifications.
LEAP into Self-Employment Programme
Supports individuals with refugee and migrant backgrounds in Switzerland to embark on independent careers as freelancers, consultants, and providers of specific services or products.
Leveraging their professional experience, they become self-employed, utilising the expertise they bring with them to Switzerland.
The team of Capacity helped me find and believe in my personal uniqueness and value as a specialist in my field and as a person. Thanks to workshops and events, I understood the structure of the Swiss labour market and how to present myself. But most importantly, I found a powerful group of like-minded people who support and motivate each other.
This program has been invaluable and has helped me to become more confident and effective in my job search. Before this, networking was a daunting prospect for me. But thanks to your tips and advice, I have found it to be much easier and even enjoyable. I have made some great connections.
