Access Fast Track is a bilingual (DE/EN) labour market integration programme launched in mid-2022, following a successful pilot project.

Designed with compact modules, Access Fast Track targets professionals who are either beginning their job search in Switzerland or those who have been actively seeking employment and wish to refine their strategies. The programme focuses on the application process and networking skills.

Participants gain access to valuable tools to assess their professional background, identify relevant career opportunities, and effectively position their skills and experience within the Swiss job market. Alongside these modules, each participant is paired with an individually assigned Talent Coach. This expert support, combined with the dedication of volunteers, underscores our commitment to social solidarity and contributes to fostering social cohesion.

Corporate Volunteer Engagement

Capacity recruits volunteers twice a year from our current corporate partners. These volunteers participate in the programme as Talent Coaches and Network Allies to support the participants.

Through personalised sessions with their designated Talent Coach, participants engage with programme content, address inquiries, and develop job search strategies.

Additionally, participants have access to Network Allies for informal one-on-one informational interviews. These discussions primarily center around practical aspects and leveraging existing networks or creating opportunities.

Anna Sapun
Access Fast Track Participant

The Capacity team helped me to recognise and believe in my personal uniqueness and value as a specialist in my field and as a human being. Thanks to workshops and events, I understood the structure of the Swiss job market and how I can present myself. But most importantly, I have found a strong group of like-minded people who support and motivate each other.
