The concept of sustainability in the areas of food, poverty, the environment, and health has gained much ground in the last couple of years and the question on most minds is “how can I be sustainable?”.

Spicy Roots wants to contribute to a more sustainable and healthy society by offering African plant-based exotic, delicious and healthy food at the customers’ convenience. This will be achieved by offering the unknown richness of African culture and cuisines, using local passionate talents, being a platform and partnering with local plant-based food providers and educating our customers of the benefits of sustainability to their health, the environment, the employment market and the agricultural source of the food content.

Spicy Roots’ mission is to contribute to a more sustainable society, create an African food ecosystem and take our customers on an adventure into the unknown richness of African culture and cuisines.
