CFLOW

Adriana comes originally from Bogotá, Colombia and is living in Zurich since 2019. Adriana studied Social Communication and for more than 15 years was working in a field that involved connecting, understanding and empathising with others so as creative writing does.

cFlow is a laboratory to explore creativity by creative writing.
For Adriana writing helps us to go inside to our heart and to be conscious of our surroundings and in this way, to be connected with ourselves.

cFlow offers workshops and courses that motivate and inspire the participants to write. 

All their activities are focused on :

• Inspiration : To connect with the emotions
• Exploration : To connect with the senses
• Creation : Write the story
