Sylvester is an excellent cook who dreams of owning his own food truck, where from he could sell the African specialities to office workers, at festivals, sports events or in the city. In his cooking, he applies the KISS philosophy (Keep It Short and Simple) to make sure that his food is always fresh and up to the highest standards. He wants to serve healthy and tasty dishes from sustainable products and add an African flavour to the Swiss cuisine.
